Our Sales Supports

Are responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of customer accounts held by the Account Director.


This includes handling customer engagements as defined by the Account Director in order to maximise sales capacity and customer satisfaction.


Within the role, you will liaise with various stakeholders, including internal CDW departments, vendors & suppliers, as well as directly with customers.



To be successful in this role:


  • Previous sales/ administration experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Browser) with fast & accurate keyboard skills, able to create and apply formulas
  • Experience with Sales Tools/CRM systems
  • Understanding of the IT industry sales channel
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Industry product and service knowledge preferred
  • Ability to change and prioritise tasks constantly throughout the day/week/month
  • Strong attention to detail
