You will join the CDW Sales Academy, which is designed to equip you with everything you need to become successful. The program will accelerate your confidence in the role and support you on your journey to being an established Sales Account Manager.
Successful candidates will be coached by a dedicated Academy Sales Manager, whilst being afforded the independence to bring their own approach and personality to the sales cycle. In addition, structured Sales and IT training will be provided over the 12–15-month program, culminating in a professional qualification.
Following graduation from the academy you will move into one of the CDW sales teams. Introductions to the destination team will happen during the training program.
