The Inventory Control role involves problem solving and understanding the flow of product through the NDC.
£23,641

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

 

  • Ensuring stock is always accurate within warehouse locations.
  • Conducting a PI stock check across various locations on a regular basis, to ensure site is always compliant with audits.
  • Communicate any issues/errors identified to various personnel, including line managers and department heads.
  • Create and manage reports pertaining to stock and any discrepancies via Excel.
  • Following current set procedures to ensure quality and efficiency are provided throughout all investigations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system of all CDW Supplier/POD documentation to ensure that all records are easily accessible.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to create, maintain and analyse data.
  • Existing knowledge of warehouse processes a bonus.
  • High attention to detail required.
  • Team player accustomed to ensuring customer will receive a quality driven response in addition to correct results.
