Main Purpose of Job

This role focuses on leading a sales team in the Public Sector Sales Organisation of CDW UKResponsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of Team GP Target
  • Management of a Team of Sellers
  • Conduct Team Meetings
  • Regular 121s with team members
  • Supporting Sellers with Client Meetings
  • Effective account planning and coaching
  • Recruitment of new Sellers
  • Individual Performance Management
  • Close alignment with Sales Support to deliver effective level of service to clients
  • Close alignment with CDW departments
  • Manage Seller conflicts and escalations



Knowledge & Experience


  • Complete understanding of the operational processes within CDW
  • Ambassador for CDW
  • Experience of solving problems within CDW
  • Experience in dealing with a Sales environment
  • Has shown examples of leadership and coaching of Sellers
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of sales process/planning and execution
