Manage all aspects of software renewals for aligned sales teams. To work proactively and manage all reactive requests within a reasonable SLA. To add value around co-terming, consolidating, cross selling and upselling renewal opportunities.


What you’ll do:

  • Send out renewal quotations to requestor and aligned software sales teams and include any upsell and cross sell opportunities identified
  • Make sure that all the renewals for the next quarter are quoted 90/60/30 days in advance
  • Manage a renewals pipeline and update this on a weekly basis.
  • Respond to any renewal queries
  • Download renewal data from Supplier/Vendor portals to make sure this data has been captured in the CDW renewals database
  • Request IBR reports from Vendors
  • Assist business with any other activity required to fulfil role
  • Achieve sales based target set by management
  • Provide cover to  the renewals team through busy periods, annual leave and sickness


What you need to succeed:


  • Educated to A-Level/GCSE or equivalent will be considered
  • Minimum 12 months LAR, Reseller or Distribution renewals experience is a must
  • Hold latest software sales and licensing accreditations or achieve within 6 months for Citrix (CCSP), VMware (VSP), Adobe (CSP), Symantec (SSE) and Microsoft (MLSE, MLSS, BVPS) and additional vendor accreditation is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Vendor Install Base Reports
  • Analytical, with attention to detail
  • Understanding the importance of business processes and compliance
  • Experience in dealing with Sales environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook, Visio
  • Able to identify key deliveries and to prioritise
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong relationship building skills
