Job Description – ICT Account Manager

We are looking for talented sales professionals to join us in this exciting new journey.

What you’ll do & need to demonstrate experience of

  • Secure new business from a list of accounts spending with CDW in other geographies
  • Ownership of GP Target
  • Regular engagements and meetings with customers
  • Build an understanding of the customer landscape, competitors and relevant frameworks
  • Championing the customer at all levels internally
  • Use systems and processes internally to process quotes and orders
  • Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts
  • Plating an integral role in new business pitches and responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Work in alignment with revenant vendors & partners
  • Negotiating prices and credit terms. Quoting and completing contracts. Loading orders
  • Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased. Arranging modifications and resolving and problems arising
  • Preparing sales reports. Maintaing and submitting records of business expenses incurred

Must Have

  • Proven account management experience in the IT reseller Not OEM’s or distribution
  • A demonstrable background in technology sales
  • 5 years experience or university degree

Salary

$75,000 basic with a commission package which is the best in the industry
