As a Global Compensation Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting the administration of CDW’s compensation programs across the United Kingdom and Greater EMEA and APAC regions. You’ll serve as the leader for employee compensation strategies and will need to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure compensation plans are aligned with the CDW’s business strategies and to drive coworker engagement.

What you’ll do:
  • Be a global compensation thought leader for developing best-in-class compensation programs that maximize our near- and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop, align and manage compensation programs in accordance with the strategic objectives of the business
  • Manage compensation projects in cooperation with other functions
  • Analyse compensation data including the building of financial models; identify trends and recommends appropriate action
  • Lead annual compensation cycles including merit and variable pay reviews
  • Conduct job analysis and job evaluations ensuring both internal and external equity
  • Research, establish benchmarks and review findings for industry competitors with regards to total rewards
  • Participate in salary surveys and studies as needed

What you need to succeed:

Must-have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of employee compensation/total rewards experience
  • Proven working experience with enterprise-level data including, job evaluations, compensation plan design and administration in a global corporate context
  • Demonstrated ability to administer external and internal surveys and interpret survey data
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities
  • Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development
  • Thorough understanding of legislative and other local regulations across the United Kingdom
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Expert-Level Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills with critical attention to detail

Nice to have:
  • Thorough understanding of legislative and other local regulations across Greater EMEA and APAC
  • Previous management experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or similar
  • Familiarity with modern HR systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Callidus, etc
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
