The Talent Acquisition Analyst role plays a high-profile role in bringing top talent to CDW UK. You will work with candidates across the recruitment lifecycle to increase communication and collaboration that aims to create a world-class candidate experience that sets us apart from the talent competition. You will also be responsible for the administration of our applicant tracking system and building reports and dashboards to keep the business updated on our global talent acquisition efforts.

What You Will Do:
  • Be the point-person for candidates at CDW UK in all things onboarding and TA tech administrative support
  • Support the new starter onboarding lifecycle from accepted offer to the end of the probationary period
  • Contribute to the design of global digital onboarding processes in Jobvite
  • Design and build user-centric reporting and dashboards in Jobvite and Talemetry
  • Support system maintenance on Jobvite and other TA systems through reviewing release notes and completing full-cycle testing
  • Help to develop and improve recruiting processes from the ground up in support of our team’s strategic initiatives
  • Participate as an active team member to suggest, triage, refine, plan and prioritize work

What We Expect of You:
  • 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role (i.e. recruitment, administration, coordination)
  • Comfortable working with and presenting recruitment data and market data, reporting, and analytics
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people across the globe
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Thrive in a fast pace and change drive environment of continuous improvement
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate time zone differences as needed
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality by keeping sensitive information secure
  • Ambitiously take on new assignments to support your coworkers and team

Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Be a proficient user of recruitment technology, JobVite ATS and Talemetry CRM, preferably
  • Previous experience with reporting and visualization tools, PowerBI and Looker, preferably
