What you’ll do:

  • Liaising with all other CDW departments and functions to ensure excellence in all actions with clients and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • To develop, grow and maintain professional working relationships with all internal stakeholders
  • To take a genuine interest in CDW’s client’s business and a responsibility for their continued spending levels and growth
  • Production of quotations in response to client enquiries
  • Utilise knowledge of CDW’s capability to best serve the Indian client base
  • Work with key vendors and partners as required to develop opportunities and relationships in existing clients
  • Create and maintain sound understanding of Vendor promotions and special bid process, deal registration process and channel rules of engagement
  • To collaborate with Credit and Sales Operations on disputed invoices. Responsible for supporting alignment and resolution, in addition to identifying proactive means to avoid future occurrences.
  • To collaborate with Inventory Management on inventory disputes. Responsible for supporting alignment and resolution, in addition to identifying proactive means to avoid future occurrences.
  • To collaborate with Sales Finance team to resolve finance based queries. Responsible for supporting alignment and resolution, in addition to identifying proactive means to avoid future occurrences.

  • Demonstrable understanding on the workings of large accounts
  • Demonstrable basic sales awareness
  • Detailed knowledge of products sold by CDW
  • Experience on how to interface with vendors
