What you’ll do:

  • Work with category leads to build peripherals workspace business plans and own execution of GTM strategies to drive business growth, in line with global counterparts
  • Work closely with executive stakeholders to develop portfolio, new markets, and strategies for peripheral business growth, including bundled solutions, product attach and services wrap
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and KPI objectives
  • Maintain full compliance with all partners’ portfolios and sales motion across all geographies for which you are responsible
  • Evangelise CDW’s capabilities to our customer base, differentiating us through our productised services, consulting capability, and strategic approach, evolving from a transactional approach
  • Work in close partnership with solutions, R&D, services, and sales to create upsell opportunities in new/existing markets and identify opportunities to drive revenue and profitability, including partner investment plans
  • Act as a market expert for the peripheral portfolio and share expertise internally across different business units using an outcome-based approach
  • Manage and cultivate relevant relationships between all relevant partners, CDW sales and leadership teams to align strategy and communication
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with all relevant partners, and act as the liaison and escalation point for sales related issues and operational platforms between CDW and all relevant partners
  • Actively drive new opportunities with our sellers including upselling, cross selling and supporting with tenders and bids
  • Own and drive leads that are generated by CDW marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed to won/closed business by sales
  • Define and lead marketing initiatives for aligned partners’ portfolio in partnership with marketing
  • UK and International travel opportunities

 

What you need to succeed:

Must-have:

  • Experience in building and supporting strategic business and marketing campaigns
  • Hunter mentality to execute and deliver
  • Sales, account management experience gained within the IT industry
  • Experience in winning net new accounts as well as upselling to the install base
  • Knowledge of workspace product and services portfolio as well as market trends
  • Ability to drive sales through leadership
  • Strong communication, network, and customer management skills
  • Able to understand and articulate requirements
  • Strong planning, organization and reporting skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen
  • High-level commercial understanding of technology, workspace partners
  • Passion for technology around innovation, capable to lead technology discussion without having to be the deep expert
