What you’ll do:

  • The primary purpose of the Cloud Services Coordinator is the undertaking of administration and sales support activities within Cloud Services. The Cloud Services Coordinator should take a genuine interest in the services, customers and the business processes and carry out supporting tasks as directed by members of the team
  • Assist Business Development Managers with quotes
  • Process new and change customer orders
  • Submit change requests to the Service Desk
  • Co-ordinate orders with the contracts team
  • Reconcile customer usage with billing data
  • Reconcile supplier billing with customer and department usage
  • Co-ordinate payment for suppliers and vendors
  • Take responsibility for correcting billing discrepancies
  • Raising orders with suppliers and vendors
  • Chasing customers for documentation
  • Chasing Account managers for information and documentation
  • Input into process improvement initiatives
  • Administer and provide ad-hoc reporting
  • Ability to change and prioritise tasks constantly throughout the day/week/month
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Cloud Services Coordination Team Leader

 

What you need to succeed:

Must-have:

  • Demonstrable understanding on the workings of large accounts
  • Demonstrable basic sales awareness
  • Moderate knowledge of services delivered by CDW
  • Experience on how to interface with vendors
  • Develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Previous IT Sales/Support experience is desired
