This new role is to support the continued growth of eCommerce within CDW’s international business. The role is focused primarily on providing reactive support to CDW sales and sales support operatives using our online systems, but provides opportunity for career development as our systems and capabilities are enhanced.

 

What you’ll do:

  • First line support lead for all ServiceTrack support enquiries, liaising with team members, Navision ERP support and the developers where required to resolve any queries
  • Day to day monitoring ServiceTrack system database, ensuring that all identified issues are reported to the appropriate point of contact
  • To support customer integration projects ensuring that all tasks required to progress projects to live are completed in a timely manner
  • Temporary maternity leave cover as marketplace systems administrator, ensuring deployment projects remain on track and that date-to-day issues are managed/escalated
  • Support the bid team in preparation of tender documents where a tailored response is required
  • Participation in testing and documentation of system updates and major releases to ensure timely delivery
  • Providing cover for other team members as required by the business or for periods of absence

 

What you need to succeed:

Must-have:

  • Prior experience of working in an internal support role essential, ideally in a technical capacity
  • Interest in or experience of purchasing web portals an advantage but not essential
  • Knowledge of transactional and business processes
  • Computer literate with exposure to ERP systems is an advantage

 

Nice to have:

  • Able to work autonomously without daily supervision
  • Able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical co-workers and customers
  • A logical thinker. Able to analyse issues/requirements and formulate a resolution to meet the need
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility in response to changing needs and priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and highly enthusiastic individual with a passion to learn and contribute
