What you’ll do:

  • Chasing suppliers for credits notes relating to returned items
  • Processing of supplier credit notes received
  • Customer Services Mailbox Management
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain credit notes for goods returned
  • Liaise with suppliers on queries relating to goods returned
  • Liaise with Account Managers on queries relating to returned goods
  • Liaise with couriers to obtain proof of deliveries for returned goods
  • Liaise with suppliers on credit note queries
  • Liaise with Account Managers on queries relating to returned goods
  • Processing of credit notes received
  • Processing credit note to customers
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain a returns number for items in stock which are no longer required
  • Creation and Amendment of Delivery Addresses
  • Running daily KPIs
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

 

What you need to succeed:

Must-have:

  • Educated to A-Level/GCSE or equivalent.
  • Understanding the importance of business processes and compliance
  • Experienced in dealing with Sales environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook, Visio
  • Able to identify key deliveries and to prioritise
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Analytical, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity
