What you’ll do:
Work closely with the Marketing team to create design content for website, advertising, social media, eBooks, whitepapers, emails, presentations, merchandise, technical literature, event signage, print media and other marketing materials
Understand and interpret creative design briefs, present concepts, and provide timelines and final deliverables to the marketing team
Amend designs after feedback
Work independently and collaborative on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines
Pitch and present ideas to the team, suggesting alternative ideas when necessary to further develop briefs and projects
Creation and management of relevant design templates for CDW compliant with corporate identity and brand guidelines
Coordination with external suppliers, e.g. agencies and printing companies to deliver print and goods to required specifications
Knowledge of design concepts and techniques as they evolve
Collaboration with CDW US and Canada marketing teams to encourage and maintain consistent standards of design and brand identity globally
Work with the marketing team to optimise creative graphics for distribution channel
Update and maintain internal media library and appropriate usage of purchased images and videos
Be a guardian of the CDW brand
Keep up with industry trends and best practices
What you need to succeed:
Must-have:
3+ years of design experience, preferably in a B2B capacity
A portfolio of work which demonstrates your passion for design and use of design tools
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and the Office 365 Suite
Experience in creating to brand guidelines
Experience in designing for variety of print and digital distribution channels.
Experience working with suppliers to ensure quality of print for collateral and merchandise
Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience of working in a marketing team or creative agency
Planning and multi-tasking is a prerequisite, as the jobholder will need to manage several projects at the same time
Must be able to prioritise workloads, perform under pressure and be flexible to ensure that all deadlines are met
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative & innovative with strong attention to detail
Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and develop
Be a self-starter and team player
Receptive to feedback
Nice to have:
Experience in animation and interactive media is advantageous
