What you’ll do: 

·       Telephone based, cold calling small to medium businesses to pre-qualify them requirements 

·       Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 

·       Generating interest with new business prospects and existing customers 

·       Working in a target driven, fast paced environment 

·       Co-Ordinate sales efforts with Partners, team members and other departments to gather product and service related interest from Prospects 

·       Generating new leads from telephone prospecting and web enquiries 

·       Providing weekly reports outlining sales activity and sales forecast 

·       Analysis of the customers’ needs and pre-selling the solution 

·       Scheduling conference calls, meetings and diary appointments as required 

·       Handling customer queries and issues as required 

·       Writing high quality proposals for your potential clients 

·       Making outbound telephone calls, taking inbound calls, sending emails, diary management and pipeline management 

·       Ensuring that company CRM is kept up to date at all time 

·       Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers 

·       Generating quotes, loading orders and managing customers’ expectations 

·       Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs 

·       Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 

·       Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 

·       Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports 

·       Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services 

·       Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends 

Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features
