Inventory Control Operative

Reverse Logistics Team Leader

KEY DUTIES

  • Ensure stock integrity through Bin integrity
  • Resolve issues regarding missing stock
  • Report and record write off requests whilst working to minimise exposure
  • Ensure quarterly PI counts are completed making sure current SOX controls are observed
  • Ensure Transit bins are emptied on a daily basis
  • Work with other departments to provide relevant information as required
  • Running and distribution of reports

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Microsoft Office skills including: Excel and Outlook
  • Commitment to the highest levels of customer service both internal and external
  • Proactive approach to root cause problem solving
  • Team player experienced in aspects of general warehousing
  • Experience in investigation and remediation of issues and the failure of processes, the priority being the customer’s expectations.
  • Customer and sales facing with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately
  • Ability to ensure that the Health and Safety and housekeeping standards are maintained to the highest possible level at all times.
