JOB SUMMARY

This role will be to assist in the management, governance and compliance of Public Sector Framework and Supply Agreements, as well as management of the Enablement Mailbox.

The role will ensure the Public Sector division maximises its Framework position, drives contract-compliant revenue/profit growth and contributes to our Mission Forward goals across the UK Public Sector. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build a strong team working relationship within the Public Sector division and support functions that facilitate contract compliance.

  • Become conversant with all compliance and governance aspects of awarded Framework and Supply Agreements. 

  • Provide internal Framework Agreement guidance to the Public Sector division and other personnel involved in fulfilment under Framework Agreements.

  • Ensure all relevant CDW departments are aware of all governance and compliance requirements under Framework Agreements when required.

  • Monitor and ensure that the correct Framework contract codes are applied to all Quotes and Orders on Navision.

  • Create and complete Framework Call-Off Contracts and any follow-up requests such as Contract Changes

  • Work on other related contract work from time to time when required.

  • Maintain the Signature Log and ensure all authorized signatures are recorded correctly

  • Be an additional CDW contact for Contracting Authorities that run Framework Agreements, attend any relevant pre-market engagement events or contract reviews and own CDW review actions.

  • Become conversant with relevant legal Terms and Conditions that may apply under Framework and Supply Agreements.

  • Provide a contract approval and signing process acting as a conduit between the Public Sector Division and other relevant support functions when required.

  • Complete Framework and Supply Agreement audits, including the pre-audit information preparation and audit day activities.

  • Ensure all catalogues are produced and maintained according to the terms of Framework Agreements.

  • Manage the Enablement Inbox ensuring that all messages are appropriately actioned in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Public Sector Sales and of Framework Agreements is desirable

  • Good skills in Office 365 applications
