Knowledge of complete CUCM along with analysis of SDL Traces Excellent knowledge on Expressways, CER and other UC products Voice Gateway: SIP, H323, MGCP, VG224, VG248, SBC Cisco Finesse Jabber & MRA Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console 10.X QAM/WFO(Calabrio) Knowledge on Cloud Platforms (WebEx-CC, Zoom etc..,) , UcaaS. Good understanding on ITIL tools and processes
