  • Azure Storage/Networking

Role and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Products and best practices.
  • Engineer is responsible for analyzing the team reports and draw inferences to improve team performance.
  • Ensure smooth operations by innovating new processes in the team.
  • Co-ordinate with Managers, Sr Managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Excellent understanding of IT systems infrastructure and best practices.
  • Handle escalated cases accordingly.
  • Extensive Hands-on experience on Break fix, server upgradation changes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in handling P1/P2 issues over bridge sessions
  • Coordinate with various teams for the daily operations, plan and execute scheduled activities.
  • IT infrastructure incident management.
  • Creates detailed technical documentation of IT solutions to ensure successful implementation and reference for ongoing support.
  • Extensive Hands-on experience – involves in-depth troubleshooting skills & providing RCAs for the same.
  • You will be expected to be an active member of the Microsoft team and support other less experienced members of staff in best practice and modern engineering techniques and approaches.
  • Ability to work 24/7 environment.

  • Education/Qualifications
    • Educated to bachelor’s degree level in Computer Science, or a related discipline, from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience and certifications.
    • ITIL Certification
    • Microsoft Certification
    • Azure Certificate
