Are you interested in supporting the development & execution of the strategic direction of Dell at one of the UK’s largest IT services providers? Are you looking for an engaging and varied challenge in a friendly, fast-paced and growing business?

With revenues of over £1bn, the UK-based arm of CDW is a leading supplier of IT solutions and services to a broad range of commercial and public sector customers in the UK & International markets.

Responsible for the Dell brand across all CDW departments, UK and Internationally.   Working collaboratively to demystify partner nuances for ease of business. 

  • Sales enablement – Clear understanding of CDW and Dell sales cycle
  • Training on partner tools
  • Creation of and responsible for updating Dell training files across CDW
  • Supporting all coworkers throughout the sales process, creation of quotes through to order management
  • To be the expert in maximising the profitability of the deal
  • Deal management
  • Forecasting, working with Business Development Managers and Sales
  • Ensuring timely deal support in relation to close dates
  • Partner Program Management – in-depth understanding of Dell partner programs
  • Partner enrolments – Multiple countries
  • Partner program validity / changes
  • Business Announcements - Up to date Dell partner information shared across CDW
  • Intranet management (SharePoint)
  • Stock changes
  • Pricing increases
  • Partner events
  • Partner Relationship Management - Representing CDW brand in partnership with Dell
  • Operational reviews
  • Updating and maintaining mandatory partner training requirements with partner key stakeholders
  • Managing expectations of CDW and Dell

 Knowledge & Experience

The successful candidate will have Experience within a sales administration role or operations role.
