We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced  Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions, including reconciling vendor statements, preparing and issuing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

What we need:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, particularly as they relate to accounts payable
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly accounts payable modules
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior accounts payable staff
