JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will join the Services Support team based in our London office. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. You will perform administrative duties such as raising Purchase Orders & responding to emails. You will join a high performing team & be a key team player. The successful candidate will be pro-active, organised, take initiative & ensure all tasks within the outlined procedures are completed efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Open Purchase Order (Back Order) management
- Timesheet reconciliation
- Receipt completed work
- Email management
- Build strong working relationships
- Perform compliance checks for WEEE Disposal documentation
- Process ServiceNow requests for Temporary staff
