CDW are looking for an FP&A Manager to support all aspects of financial and strategic decisions. As a senior member of the finance team, you will be expected to provide insight, planning, and coordination to leaders across the business. The ideal candidate will have numerous years FP&A and business partner experience with a history of successfully delivering process change.

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of financial planning and forecasting processes, including communications, timetables, data requirements.
• Drive the creation and adoption of new processes to complement existing reporting.
• Drive adoption of key operating and productivity metrics for group and business segments, identifying variances to Budget and Prior Year, spotting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Business Partnering with business functions to make recommendations and ensure accountability against financial and strategic targets
• Drive automation and innovation to streamline workflows and eliminate errors
• Assistance to Head of FP&A for various ad-hoc priorities as they arise.

• Strategic planning

• Experience in process creation and delivery
• Strong business & financial awareness, understanding levers to drive revenue & profit is essential
• An FP&A subject matter expert, with technology and listed company experience
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
• Financial modelling proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Business partnering with non-finance functions is essentialz
• Attention to detail
• Highly motivated with a track record of advancement and development within their role
• Passionate about driving results
• Ability to distil large data sets into coherent summary
• Experience in fast moving corporate environment
