Cloud Services Coordinator

The role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the cloud services sales function. An understanding of contracted services and CDW’s internal systems is fundamental to the role.

 

The role will involve developing relationships with internal business areas and suppliers. You must be a confident communicator at all levels and work well as part of a team. Primarily responsible for assisting BDMs with quote generation, pricing queries and contract on boarding. The Cloud Services Coordinator should take a genuine interest in cloud services, customers and the business processes and carry out supporting tasks as directed by members of the team.

 

The position will report to the Sales Operations Manager – Services, but will have relationships with sales, business development, contracts, service management and service transition departments.

 

 

  • Assist Business Development Managers with quotes
  • Production of new contracts of varying size and complexity
  • On-going administration of existing contracts
  • Submit change requests to the Service Desk
  • Dealing with 3rd parties
  • Liaise with purchasing and contract management teams for ordering of any 3rd party services
  • Accessing and navigating relevant tools and portals
  • Liaising with internal departments to confirm vital contract information
  • Reconcile customer usage with billing data
  • Reconcile supplier billing with customer usage
  • Use of internal tools for account management and order processing (Microsoft Navision, Great Plains)
  • General administration responsibilities to support sales and business development departments
  • Assist internal teams in coordinating payment for suppliers and vendors
  • Take responsibility for correcting billing discrepancies
  • Mailbox management
  • Provide feedback and openly embrace the future introduction of any additional vendors or services that are closely associated with existing activity
  • Administer and provide ad-hoc reporting and tracking
  • Any additional activity as directed by management 
  • Understanding of value-added reseller environment beneficial
  • Experience working in a commercial environment preferred
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding the importance of accurate reporting and tracking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be a confident communicator at all levels
  • PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, web browser) with fast & accurate keyboard skills, able to create and apply formulas
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Moderate knowledge of cloud services
  • Previous administration experience in a similar role is preferable
