We currently have a vacancy for a Services Support role to be based in our London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrational functions and assist with all aspects of the Services Support team as and when required.

 

You will be pro-active, take initiative and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. You will be a team player and positively contribute to the wider Professional Services Department.

What you’ll do: Main responsibilities

 

Raising Purchase Orders for Professional Services with 3rd party Suppliers

  • Liaise extensively with Account Managers & Suppliers on order / invoice queries relating to Professional Services.
  • Disposals - ensuring compliance with waste disposal regulations.
  • Processing ServiceNow requests for Temporary CDW staff.

 

Back-order Management

  • Liaise with Suppliers to check expected completion dates for open Back Orders for Professional Services.
  • Reconcile & process timesheets & invoices within set deadlines
  • Review Customer sign off forms.
  • Receipt POs with accuracy.
  • Ensure all billable Customers are invoiced on time for work completed each month.
  • Action PO amendments.

 

Services Support inbox management

  • Responding to emails in a professional, helpful & timely manner.

 

 

  

What you need to succeed: Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

Must have:

  • Educated to GCSE/ A-Level or equivalent.
  • Experience in dealing with Sales environment.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong relationship building skills.


Nice to have:

  • Understanding the importance of business processes and compliance.
